I received my General Contractor License in 1984, at the time I built Single Family Homes in the Coral Springs area of Broward County. In 1985 started a Six Story 80,000 SF Office Building for G.L. Homes of Florida. I supervised the shell and was the interior contractor for 60,000 SF of the interior space. At the same time also worked on G.L. Homes Townhouses(105 interior units) From 1985 to 1992 was the General Contractor for Bayside Development ,Gold Coast Development , and Classic Craft ,Inc ,Building roughly 550 2 to 3 Story townhouses and Condos.
In 1992 built an addition to the barracks at Sea Camp, in the Florida Keys. While building the building I was in planning for a 145 Unit Townhouse project for KLS Development Inc, of Boca Raton Fl.(The Barrington Club in Coral Springs).This project took 2 years to complete. (4/94 thru 2/96.)Including site development.
From 1996 thru the present have built about 60 retail stores various types (4 Marshall Dept Stores remodel), 45 Subway Restaurants, 35 U.S. Pak and Ships, 5 Island Pelican Yogurt Shops , Maggie Moo’s Ice Cream and Treaty., Blondie’s Bar in Jupiter FL , 3 Outback Steakhouses, Major interior renovations at the Senesta Beach Hotel Key Biscayne FL (Jt venture with Raffa Construction) Major renovation at the Old Doral Hotel, Miami Beach.,9 Blockbuster Video Stores, 4 MajorVideo Stores ,A 28,000 SF Church Shell. Just Finished a major remodel on a single family residence in Coral Gables.
Also during this time repairs to various townhouse and condo projects throughout Dade and Broward County.Finished a Giardiano Gourmet Salads in the Kendall (6/08)One in downtown Miami 4/09 and one in Miarmar 6/09. Finaly finished working on a 6000 SF Gallery in downtown Miami. Refferences upon request.From 2007 thru present have been working on small remodels and repairs as needed .Not much new work around. Now a EPA Certified RRP Contractor.
In December 2011 finished a Lokal burger and beer in Coral Gables
